We asked. You answered. Here's what Paillé means to you.

We asked. You answered. Here's what Paillé means to you.

We asked our community what Paillé meant to them, without really knowing what to expect.

The answers were as varied as our customers themselves, but certain words kept coming up again and again: trust, respect, family, expertise.

We asked our community what Paillé meant to them, without really knowing what to expect.

The answers were as varied as our customers themselves, but certain words kept coming up again and again: trust, respect, family, expertise.

A third-generation dealership and the top seller of new GM vehicles in Canada since 2016, Paillé has built its reputation, testimonial after testimonial, since 1964. This piece brings together those real answers, in our customers' own words, to understand what the Paillé experience truly represents.

Different words, same feeling

Each customer answered in their own way, with their own words and memories. Looking back over all the responses, a clear thread emerges: Trust. Respect. Team. Expertise.

These are not words we chose to boast. They are the ones you used, spontaneously, to describe your experience at Paillé. Here is a sample:

"We are now at our 3rd Chevrolet with Paillé GM in 9 years, this time a 2026 Chevrolet Traverse LT trim, which we took delivery of this morning, July 3, 2026, and we are very satisfied. A huge thank you to Patrick Brodeur for A1 service, as well as to the whole team at delivery. I recommend Paillé GM to everyone."

"Very satisfied with my purchase of a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado High Country trim. I received excellent service from the entire Paillé family. I am really proud to be part of it. My salesperson, Mr. Levesque, was very professional. I highly recommend him, thank you."

(Alain Cormier, on Facebook, 2025, translated from French)

"They literally saved our vacation when we broke down with our EV on Highway 20 with three children on board, and we live 400 km away! Fast and very courteous service. Thank you 1,000x."

(Mrno Van, on Facebook, 2025, translated from French)

"My journey started in 2017 when I bought my first Chevrolet Corvette C7 Z07 with Alex Comtois. Time passed and, over the years, the bond grew. After waiting several years for the arrival of the C8 Z06, I received my supercar. Ever since I was young, I have dreamed of buying a sports car. […]. Paillé managed to fulfill several of those dreams thanks to Alex's special attention. […] I have the privilege of being part of this family and of sharing in the success of our dreams."

"My passion for Corvette began in 1974 and, since then, I have owned several. When my children arrived, I wanted so much to keep one that I cut one in half to lengthen the chassis and make a four-door version! A true enthusiast, I am now on my third Corvette purchased at Paillé. I currently drive a 2024 Z06 Convertible and I love this gem of a car!"

Simple words keep coming back from one answer to the next, year after year. That may well be, in the end, the true signature of our great team.

A passion for trucks you can feel

At Paillé, loyalty is not measured only in the number of sales. You see it in customers who return for a second or third vehicle, sometimes years later, with the same confidence as on day one. You also see it in families where a child, now an adult, chooses the same dealership as their parents without a second thought.

This passion is shared mostly by word of mouth. A neighbour who recommends their salesperson by name, a friend who recounts their experience without being prompted. It is rarely by chance that so many Quebecers come back to Paillé, generation after generation. It is because, from the first visit, someone took the time to do things right.

An experience that makes you want to come back

What brings customers back is not just the vehicle. It is the warm welcome, the attentive listening, and the time the team takes to truly understand what each person needs, without pressure and without a sales pitch.

Whether it is a first visit or a tenth service appointment, the approach stays the same: human, warm, attentive.

This kind of detail turns a simple transaction into a real relationship of trust, and makes you want to return again and again.

A reputation built over the years

Since 1964, Paillé has built a reputation on solid foundations. As a third-generation dealership, Paillé has been the top seller of new GM vehicles in Canada since 2016. That is not a title that was earned overnight.

This reputation was built one sale at a time, one satisfied customer at a time, year after year. That consistency explains why, today, when people think of the top sellers of trucks in Quebec, the Paillé name naturally comes to mind.

Customers who come from far away, and keep coming back

Some customers drive for hours to come to Paillé and leave convinced that it was worth the trip. Part of the answer is the inventory. With the largest selection of HD trucks in Quebec, Paillé offers choice that few dealerships can match.

But inventory does not explain everything. What brings these customers back, year after year, is also what they find once they are here: a team that takes the time, and service that goes way beyond purchase. The kinds of details that turn a long drive into a good decision.

A brand image that stands out

It is hard not to recognize Paillé when you see it. For the past seven years, the ad campaigns have made their mark in Quebec with a humorous tone and familiar characters, like the coach who blends his hockey talk with sales.

The brand also shows up on the track. With Paillé course//racing, drivers Marc-Antoine Camirand and Andrew Ranger carry its colours in NASCAR Pinty's, in partnership with Chevrolet Canada. Even Martin Deschamps rolled with Paillé. A GMC truck prepared for his tour, proudly displaying "Martin Deschamps Live" and "Avec Paillé, #1 au Canada".

One thing is clear: whether on TV, on the track, or on the road, the Paillé brand image never goes unnoticed.

Thank you for being part of the Paillé story

You are more than part of our story. When you buy from us, you are part of the family. Each testimonial, each return visit, each word-of-mouth recommendation is written by you, one visit at a time.

Thank you for answering our question, thank you for trusting us since 1964, and thank you for being part, in your own way, of the Paillé story.
